record now problem

    hi can someone help me i have (record now) on my computer when i want to copy a DVD a message appears and tells me the disc is the wrong type of disc.but i have used the same discs to record a DVD film on record now

    does the message appear when you insert the first disc or the blank DVD?

    no the message appears when i put a blank disc in to copy .rexleroy

    I don't know the program in question but is it because you are trying to copy a copy protected film? also just because you have copied a dvd to the same media dose not mean all dvds will copy to the same media, it could be the dvd in question takes up more space on the disc.

    maybe the original DVD is DL and your trying to copy it to a single layered disc?
