Recomnmodation 22 “ LCD tv - good contrast ratio and cheap

I am looking to get a good 22 hd ready tv which can be used as pc monitor also.

I would like one with a high contrast ration (at least 10,000:1) and a good resolution (at least 1366*768)

Also it needs to have a least one HDMI and one scart.

I am not looking to pay more than £300, any advice would be appreciated.
