Recommended otherboard please

I'm shopping around for a motherboard for the new PC I'm building. Any ideas please? Here's the spec I'm looking for:

Socket 478 for high-end Pentium 4 Prescott CPU

FSB 800

DDR 400 RAM. Max 4GB
4 x RAM slots
RAM speed shouldn't drop if I use more than two slots, as it does with some motherboards.

USB 2.0 sockets

Firewire socket

6.1 sound

5+ PCI slots

AGP 8x

2 x P-ATA-133 slots

2 x S-ATA slots

Ethernet - upgradeable to wireless networking.

2 x serial ports

1x parallel printer port

USB/Firewire/sound front port connection

Option in BIOS, so system can boot from USB device (eg external floppy).

Asus P4P800 Deluxe. All above requirements (except only one serial port) plus Gigabit LAN, Digital Coaxial output, thermal fan control, and a whole host of other things. Wicked board.

Thanks Messiah for your advice! I'll certainly look into this motherboard. Does it also have an ethernet connection?
