Recommended LCD TVs 20 Inch or Less

Grateful if anyone could point me in the direction of recommended LCDs of 20 inches or just less. If it has a freeview decoder even better. I don't want to spend a fortune and would appreciate any help that you chaps can provide.

The best lcd 20" you can find is the Sony KDL-20S2000/20S2010/20S2020/20S2030
