Question Recommendations for Cat6/Coax/Speaker cable

Hi guys, I am in the middle of a full refurb and want to take this opportunity to run some cables. I've been researching what cables to run and have decided on 4 x cat6 and 2 x coax to each TV point, 2-4 cat6 points to each room and cat6 for cctv. I am also running speaker cable to each audio zone for Sonos or a similar multi room audio system. All cables will terminate back to an equipment room which will also house all the AV and networking stuff.

I've seen various types of cables and would like recommendations on what cable to buy. Cat6: shielded or unshielded (is screened the same as shielded)? Price is approx double for shielded compared to unshielded. Coax: RG6, CT100 or WF100? Any major difference and which would be best? Speaker: Seems to be so much choice, not sure where to start. Looking at van damme blue series as it seems to be best value for money but happy for other recommendations.

Another point I need help on is how to bury the cables so I can easily replace or pull through new cables. I was thinking a flexible 25mm pipe buried into the wall (mixture of brick and stud) but I'm not sure if it will be wide enough. 40mm would be ideal but maybe it would be too big to bury in a brick wall?

Any help/advice appreciated!
