Hi - My inexpensive Sony DVD player has expired for the second time and my old machine doesn't support HDMI so I'm looking for a replacement. I don't need Blu-Ray, wireless, apps, 3D or streaming. What I would like is:
- reliability
- front panel display
- HDMI and composite or S-Video output
- multi-region playback (or the option to hack)
I'm currently looking at second-hand players from the likes of Denon but I'm aware I'm out of touch with what's been available the last few years. Any models you'd recommend that I look out for?
Many thanks for any input.
