Hi All,
I have a complete dslr setup. I recently went away for as weekend and brought a compact.I took more photos than I would have normally due the fact it was small and unobtrusive for me and the family around the city etc. Image quality was good enough except when we were in lower light or tricky contrast situations (I know you can't have it all).
Could anyone recommend a cheap (and I know this is relative, but I'd be happy to spend 20 pounds
, maybe 200 max) compact that has maybe a 8x or more optical zoom that has the option to shoot raw. I think the raw may have given me more keepers as the contrast shots that didn't work just mushed when I tried to edit them a bit.Thanks
