Recommend me a videocam with AV in

Hi

I want to buy a videocam but it must have AV in so I can use a bullet cam for mountainiking and snowboarding (the camera will be in my backpack)

It would also be nice to be able to have a wire remote control with it or a LANC summat.

After browsing the web I have absolutely no idea what I am lookin for as some say it has vieo in but no audio in vice versa etc...

So could you guys please recommend me a cheap camera (likely to get damaged) that suits the above criteria and wherw I can buy it online

A search of this forum for 'bullet cam' etc should bring up far more info on this than I could be bothered to type out . I know as I have answered this question a fair few times in the not too distant past.
