Ok I've researched this for weeks, here there and everywhere else and I'm still not much wiser.
I am looking to get a smallish widescreen (hence LCD) with a 16ms refresh rate and progressive scan would be a bonus, primarily for use with various consoles.

I started thinking the Sharp LV22SV2E would be a winner, until I realised it's a bit out of date now and has been superseded by the LC22AD1E, but I'm not sure that has prog scan or if it's generally the best bet - reviews seem to be a bit thin on the ground still (can't find any).

Any objective recommendations would be welcome - I realise this sort of thing gets asked too much on forum's but I did a search and couldn't find anything that was specifically helpful.

    :lease:

I await the same information. Basically I want a TFT or CRT PC monitor that has s-video or component to plug in PS2 or XBOX

Cool. Don't think that has progressive scan though.
Something like that sounds good - maybe a bit bigger though.
    Any other ideas?
