Recommend a Dvd Player

Can anyone recommend me a Dvd player please.

I have a budget of £300 to £500 to spend.
It would preferably have progressive scan.

I've been looking at the Toshiba 520 but the multiregion is not teady yet.
Any suggestions will be gratefully recieved.

I'd suggest holding out for the 520 if you can. Or do your best to track down a 510.

I got a email from Home Cinema Heaven last night after asking about the Toshiba, they said they have stopped selling Toshiba becuase of reliability issues. that has made me unsure of the Toshiba for now.

The Philips looks like a nice machine but after import and Vat it would probably come in just over budget.

The reason I would like a player sooner rather than later is I've just sold my old player so I'm without a player at the moment.
