Can anybody recommend a middle of the road 3M HDMI cable, say around £40 maximum (if that's classed as middle of the road!).

I am using this one for SkyHD.

Going through a wall, past numerous electrical wires, twisted around two bends, and the PQ is indistinguishable from my £70 QED Quinex.

From what I have read it is only 5m+ that you need to start considering expensive HDMI cables.

Believe me theres no need over such a short distance, I found this out at a cost, my expensive hdmi cable failed after 2 weeks plastered into the wall:mad: used the supplied skyhd hdmi while waiting for a replacement and found no difference in quality whatsoever imo.:(....if you really feel the need i can really recommend..

Cheers guys, some good money saving advice there!

I'll be looking at buying a couple for a bedroom wall mounted 40" LCD TV though only one will be used with a DVD player for the moment. The other will be for potential future use.
