    Hi

Picked up some 'broken biscuits' for a quid last week. About 5 pounds in weight so quite a bargain. Only problem is after devouring the custard creams, malted milk and the bourbons all I am left with is a load of digestive biscuits.

Does anyone have an idea for something to make that uses digestive biscuits, maybe as a base or similar.

Cheesecakes are one use but I can't stand them so something different please.

    Thanks
    Greg

on a similar note... there's something you make mixing mashed up digestives & golden syrup, freeze it (I think) then top with anchor cream or ice-cream...... god knows what it was called though...

do you like Philadelphia 'cheese' stuff..? that with digestives is just awesome...
just get some philly light in, and let your artistic side roam free....:D

A bit like the freezer cake, I like that stuff made with broken biscuits, Melted chocolate and raisins/cherries. Basically mix all together and press into a shallow tin, chill till set then cut into squares.

I wouldn't be suprised if there was some butter/syrup involved in the mix as well. I suppose you could also add pecans, hazelnuts, bits of fudge.....
