receiver crashes

hi guys i have jus recently purchased a full motorised system with the digitalb card. The problem is every channel works fine but supersports premium 1 it makes my reciever crash and have to reset after about 5 mins am i doing something wrong, also when i turn on that channel i first get a messages saying usb device inserted is that normal too.

It might help if you stated the make and model number of your receiver.

Hmm! That's a fairly rare beast in UK but common in Germany.
I'm afraid I have no experience of that particular STB.
Where did you purchase it from ?
