I was invited as a guest to Rebecca and Rob's wedding, Rebecca is good friends with my partner Louise. So that is how I came to be there!

I was reluctant to take my camera, however Louise persuaded to me and I even had a good chat with the hired photographer.

I won't be a wedding photographer any time soon, but they weren't so bad.

@Dan had a wedding the other week and wish I had taken my camera if not just to practice but thought I may have looked out of place. Once there everyone was taking pics anyway so I should have done.

They are good and I'm sure the couple will use them as after all you were a lot cheaper than the photographer :)

Do you take all pics in manual?

I took a lot of photos in manual, but towards the end of the afternoon I started to play with AV priority mode too.

Manual become a bit of a pain with shade/light changing constantly.

I shot my first proper wedding at the weekend (having only done so in an unofficial capacity before),it was for a friend and they gave me a rather nice bottle of whisky as thanks...judging by the results and compared to these, it looks like I necked the whisky beforehand :-(

Harder than you think, being a wedding tog...talk about pressure!

Tis hard, before I used to do a wedding shoot every time I would have the same dream,I get to the church, this was in the days of film and I would have no film with me,I would look everywhere but could never find, and just before the wedding was about to start in the dream I would wake up.

I never did turn up without film in real life :D
