    Hi,
I have a Denon 3910 coupled to a Pionner AX10i via an i Link cable. I recently set everything up and cannot get a channel through the rear speakers. When I run auto setup on the amp they work perfectly but when I play a film it reverts to the 3 front speakers and 2 sides. I have selected 7.1 as channel input on the amp and followed the troubleshooting guide but to no avail. Please help it's driving me nuts! :lease:

Have you tried any DVDs that are 6.1 encoded? Also try using Dolby Pro Logic 2x or DTS: Neo6 modes if you have them. :)
