    Hi,

I'll be setting up my rears tomorrow night and was wondering where i would best position them. My sofa is right on the back wall facing the tele. Also there's no way I want to be sticking the things 6ft high up on the wall.

What I want to do is position them either side of the sofa at about ear level. They are Eltax bi-polars. Do you think this is a reasonable place to put them?

    Any advice appreciated...

    thanks,
    Craiglad.

    Hello,

As a few people have explained to me now, Bipolar speakers SHOULD be placed on side wall's and not on rear walls. Just check http://www.dolby.com and it says so!!!!

    So they should be fine!!!
