Should rear speakers be inphase or out of phase with the fronts.?

I have my rear speakers on the rear wall firing back into the room. I have just moved my sub to the rear and the documentation recommended flicking the 180 degree phase shift switch. This made me think,,,should I also swap the + and - on the rear speakers ?

    any thoughts ?

Nope. Leave them as they are supposed to be.

Its Dipole speakers that have opposing drivers, one out of phase with the other, and have to be set correctly (they are labelled left & right for this purpose).
