Setting up my new 5.1.4 as we speak. (Arendal all around )
Need advice on width between rear heights.
I suspect that I want the rear heights closer together than fronts?
Because:
Sitting much closer to back one - don't want to feel that sounds are coming from corners.
Surround speakers are there close to mlp, and having heights more to middle will increase their separation from surrs.
Is this correct?
However, I will have these on a flexible wall mount, so I can tilt and toe in a lot.
Where would you guys out them? Width is 3.5m (11 feet 6 inches.)
I'm thinking around 1/3 of the wall width, or at least 1m(3ft) from walls. Is this too much?
