Hi there,

Just had a few niggles regarding serial numbers on my speakers and if they were matching pairs (Rears / Fronts).

Anyway I just been on the phone to Monitor Audio and I really was impressed :smashin: with their customer service, they didn't mind holding on for me to go and check the serial numbers and also asked me if I wanted the rest checking for me, on their database. I spoke to a woman on the phone and she was so helpful and down to earth, having a joke, no script reading or anything like that. I'm really made up now. It's amazing what great customer service can do for you.
