    Hi
I know its a really basic question but i really dont know much about projectors, i would like to know if the Optoma HD67 has built in speakers and if so, how loud and what is the quality like. I am also wondering as i have a home cinema sound system how i would connect it to the projector (i want the HD67 as a multimedia centre? with my PC, virgin/sky, xbox360, wii and (maybe if i buy one)ps3 all connected to the projector). I would like to know how to connect all these items to the projector so they all work.
    Thanks

I dont think it has speakers inbuilt but if it does they will be the equivalent of laptop speakers so not really an option.

You've got quite a few options as to connections, whats your budget and what is the speaker set you've got?

Yup it has speakers. They are a bit worse than my IBM Laptop speakers, kind of equivalent to my cheap-ish $10 ipod speakers I'd say.

According to the spec, there's a mono integrated speaker producing 2 Watts.

So I think we can conclude that we're not talking hi-fi here! :D

But, why didn't you just Google it, as I've done?

If you are connecting all those things you will need to buy seperates ie an amp and seperate speakers this will sound much better than an all in one and be more upgradeable in the future as you can buy better speakers at a later date!!!
