It will likely come from France and potentially have a non UK plug on it, not that that's much of a problem. But if it needs returning, the cost may be more.

There are places just as cheap in the UK - as mentioned on another thread asking people where they bought 700's from...PJ :)

Pixmania have a reputation of being good unless you need their Customer Service department at which point they're are horrific.

When your spending the best part of a grand why not spend the extra 26 quid and get it from a uk source. DiscountTV.co.uk who I bought my PJ from do a free pixel check and it will come with 1.07 of the firmware.

Plus Pixmania take payment in Euros, as far as I remember, and their quoted GBP price may not match the exchange rate your bank/credtit card provider will give you.

So you might be spending more than you think.

And I can testify to Pixmania's god awefull after sales service. They are appalling.

Tell her Linda Barker has a PJ (I kid you not) - plasmas are old hat, all that square gubbins hanging on the wall cluttering the place up. A PJ discreetly placed on a shelf or wall unit projecting onto a wall is much more decor-friendly.

Once you actually get the PJ and show her how good it is, then get the fixed screen and ceiling bracket to clutter the place up...PJ :)
