Is it easy to remove the SCART head, feed a cable through something and then reattach it? If so, which brands should I buy to make this as easy as possible? (The cheap SCART leads have moulded plastic which doesn't come off.)

I need this because I'll be mounting my plasma screen on the wall and the SCART lead will be fed through a chrome pipe, which the head won't fit through without dismantling.

    Thank you

My TV has x1 SCART, x2 S-Video, x2 Video x3 sets of Audio (Red & White) connections. If I am to connect this to an AV do I use the S-Video and seperate Audio (R&W) leads to connect it up? As I am cabling behind a wall it's proving problematic finding a SCART for this purpose and I believe most AV's don't have a SCART connection anyway.

So if I go for the following is this the best way?

    Thanks in advance
