As I about to renovate my house, I thought it best to include a respectable A/V connection in most rooms.
    Pretty new to this so:
    3 bed house
Would like skyhd, broadband and freesat hard wired connections in the 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

Is there a wire diagram I can reference.
    OR
Is this best done by professionals.

Tricky to provide a generic wiring plan - CEDIA UK do have some guides and will put you in touch with a 'certified' installer.

You are not far from me (Romanno Bridge) - happy to give you some guidance. An initial meeting will usually let you know if you want to do this DIY or agree a fee for our services.

    Thanks Joe.

I have seen diagrams with the main feeds going into a main junction box and then off to individual rooms.
I'd like to know where to buy one of these.

I will have a BT line into each room (to minimize wifi use) and a Cat5/6 connected to network.

If I start to struggle then I'll call the ATeam
