Thats good to know

I do use ebuyer a lot and have seen a lot of there offers with no stock and suspected that nobody ever got them at that price.
It's good to know people do :)

Despite me having already paid £39:99 else where :(

They've stopped the order!!!!!

got this..

Dear Mark,

Your order has been converted back into a quote.

If this occured without your consent then it will be due to one of the following reasons:

1)Incorrect billing details.

2)Items on the order are now discontinued and need cancelling/replacing.

3)Shipping method has been incorrectly chosen.

4) Payment declined

5) Someone else's card has been used

6) Incorrect card details

If you still require the order then you will need to replace it.
(Your quote can be found in the 'Account' section of the website)

Please accept our sincerest apologies for any annoyance and frustration caused by this unfortunate situation.

queried it and go tthis:::

Thank you for your contact with our Customer Support Team.

Unfortunately we have had a pricing error over the weekend on quickfind 119929 Rayman Raving Rabbids.

This item should retail at £29.78+VAT .

All customers have been sent an email advising why the order has been converted to a quote. We are unable to provide at the incorrect price quoted.

Please note that no monies have been taken for the order.

Kind Regards

I won't say I told you so

But

I TOLD YOU SO!!!!

I see it a lot at ebuyer, infact I've even thought that it's part of an automated system as soon as it's out of stock the price goes down.

I would love for someone to be prove me wrong though

But when I worked in a mobile phone retailed we had a phone mis priced and we got totaly screwed for it and had to sell them at that price which was £100 less of the rrp. Per unit sold made the company -£75 oO

Is it different being online ? Or how come they dont have to sell it at that price oO

It will be written in their small print that mis-prices don't have to be honoured, but i can't be arsed to search for it.

If anyone else can post here and i'll jump on the "give me my rabbits for £16" bandwagon

Well, I haven't received any letter. They have taken my payment and still have an estimated despatch date of 21/12/2006. Finger cross, they seemed like honouring mine.
