Rate of Fast Forward/Rewind Speed MCE2005

Anyone know if it is possible to adjust the rate of Fast Forward/Rewind Speed ? When I use Fast Forward to reach the start of a pre-recorded TV file......2X seems a little slow, but 3X seems far too fast.

I'd like to know the same too.

In case it's any use to you, I've taken to using the chapter skip buttons instead. Seems easier to me - with adverts, just go donk, donk on the forward button until you're past the ads, then dink backwards a couple of steps. Sorry about the technical terms

You can mess with the skip length via the powertoys, but I find them just right as default.

I agree that the FF/RW speeds are either too slow or too fast - does anyone know if you can change them?
