Saw it last night and it's yet another US comedy with severe lameness, though with gross-out and/or slapstick patches of humour to redeem it. I didn't think I'd see another cow 'abused' for a while after Me, Myself and Irene AND Say It Isn't So but yep, here goes again.
The Barbie Museum scene and it's fallout, the car toiletry push, reasons to buy Squirrels and dog on a fence with a heart are stand out moments to behold - oh and not forgetting a cow scene. Also the blonde (Amy Smart) in those tight riding pants - round 'em up lil dogie.
Loads of stars and a couple of cameos, but little else really. A need to be in the mood for utter nonsense is required - with booze. Preferably, lots of booze. In fact, a booze filled boozeway of destruction. Hum. Full booze ahead. Hic.
The choir song at the end credits had me clapping and testifying:cool: I'll go now.

    Saw it at the cinema.
I thought it was terrible. I wouldn't recommend it as a rental, never mind a buy. I thought the cow moment was probably the only funny part of the film. What is it about cows that gives them such great comedy potential? Gary Larson has a thing about cows too.

We saw it and laughed, I think, but then we were very, very, drunk...

Ah yes, but he's Gary Larson, so anything he does is funny. The man is a genius.

Plagiarism is the sincerest form of flattery, it's just that few people do it that well.

Same here - except I was only fairly drunk. The Barbie museum was a classic...

I think you can sum this film up by saying 'if you like the cannonball Run films' then this is worth watching.

    Mindless fun.

Utter garbage. Can't believe John Cleese stooped so low. Robbed of 2 hours of my life. Avoid at all costs.
