This started a new series last night on C4 and was good viewing again. I think his swearing and the use of the F word has gone a little over the top though

I cannot stand the guy he is a bully, and do not see why I should give him viewing figures, thus put money in his pocket.
Not real a good role model for people, which give the impression it is all right to treat other less than something you scrape off the bottom of your shoe. :thumbsdow

i may not like the bloke but ramsey certainly knows how to get the job done. he knows what makes a good and a bad restaurant and tells them what they need to do. you may not like the methods but you cant deny the results

Whilst you can easily question the method, I would actually see him as being very customer orientated which is admirable.
Besides with wasters like that, I'd have been fairly abusive.

the people who own the restaurant are the ones who invite him in and will go out of business pretty soon if they dont listen to him. they can choose not to if they want and then shut up shop

Haven't seen this before and thought it was excellent. The restaurant was featured on Look East news and is still going strong.

Can't get over that number plate though!

Yes a superb start to the new series picking up where the last series left off.

I don't think he's a bully, these people need there arses kicking back into reality, that's why they are in the messes that they are. He uses a manner that's relevant to the situation, i.e. you have a chef cooking in a filthy kitchen like that and he deserves a good bollocking. You could end up eating food out of a kitchen like that.

Also he picked up that the restaurant manager was not in control of his customers and lacked a presence. Do you think that he would have grown a pair of balls if he'd have just asked him nicely?

For mr Ramsey is spot on and his results speak for themselves. The restaurant industry is very cut throat and highly stressed and there really isn't the time to fanny around, infact it's casual attitudes that land these businesses in the problems that they are in.
