Rainbow six map packs not working on my new elite??

I had the black and red packs playing fine on my old system. I have just got a new Elite and re-downloaded them, they are in my memory but the maps dont appear when i go into multiplayer?? Any ideas?

Sorry to hear about your problems but it sounds like you may have fallen foul of the dreaded DRM problem.
