anyone used it/ come across it?

Am looking to get digialb. This has 2 CI slots so i presume i'd have no problem putting in my conax cam and getting digialb.

Anyone know if theres an easy way of transferring sat recordings (this has 80gb hdd) from this onto a different hdd or is it impossible like with sky+

complete noob with satellite equiptment!

cheers

There seems plenty of info if you google the receiver- unfortunately most of it in German.
There shouldn't be any problem with Digitalb - just insert the CAM and the card.
As far as transferring from the receiver's hard drive to another hard drive it depends on which system the receiver uses and whether or not (like Sky) the data on the hard drive is encrypted if recording from scrambled channels.
The easy way would be to take the output from the SCART to a capture device on the PC.
There doesn't appear to be a modulated RF output which could be fed to an analogue TV card.
