With an increasing number of people choosing to listen to digital radio through their television, wouldn't it be a good idea for Sky to introduce some kind of screen saver?
It's not a problem for me as my Sky+ box is wired through my amp & so I don't need the TV on but for those who do they have to have a blue screen & banner on screen for the duration of their listening.
Maybe something like you get with Windows Media Player?

    Cheers, Paul

It would be much better for all concerned if the tube was powered down and not burning for nothing...

Although having said that, my Philips portable can play FM stereo radio and has a screen saver for that purpose.

Future generations of TVs will be designed for radio only channels.

The "screen saver" on my TV is labelled "OFF". ;)

I play the satellite radio through my stereo Amp.
