They dont exist I hear you all say.

    Wrong.

There are 2 I know of The Rock special edition, and Armegeddon 2 disc special edition.

Both of these discs are released in the UK bny Beauna Vista and although they dont ave criterion sleeves they are exact copies of teh criterions. Armegeddon even has Criterion collection on the spine. On both discs Criterion collection appears on the menu screen.

Does anyone know of any others?

I have the 2 above mentioned. Rock even has the criterion logo on the menus on disc2.
Maybe Royal TenenbaumsR2 is "criterion" as well, I don't know, only have the R1.

I have this. It's not a Criterion, it's a Buena Vista DVD with an anamorphic transfer that the R1 didn't have. Or was there another release, separate to this, by Criterion

I have the Rock R2 as well, also Buena Vista, but unlike Armageddon, identical to the Criterion release as mentioned by Lux.

Buena Vista and Anchor Bay are 2 distributors that have a close relationship with Criterion. The UK release of Time Bandits has all the Criterion extras but the benefit of a 5.1 remix and anamorphic transfer.
Criterion license films from both the above and then they license the extras back off Criterion for non-US releases of the same films.

Chasing Amy's another where the UK release is the same as the Criterion release, right down to the colour bars, which you wouldn't normally see on most discs.

Criterion do not release anything outside of North America or Canada.
Anything that's an identical disc over here is a case of the extras being licensed from Criterion. That's all there is to it. You'll also notice they're far cheaper than the Criterion releases and in some cases better aswell (like anamorphic transfers).

    My point exactly!

So basically by buying a criterion from over the pond all we are paying the extra money for it a paper sleeve!?!

Obviousley not all releases are the same.

    It does

But we get cardboard sleeves here too. My Armageddon 2-disk has a cardboard sleeve. The Rock SE did too when it was originally released - sadly, I missed out on that one.
