I still remember some full frontal nudity from an episode of the Outer Limits I saw many years ago.

Woah, how did nudity get into this thread :D

Where? Stargate? X Files?

Outer Limits, yeah I remember that, wasn't it Alyssa Milano?

The episode you're thinking of is VALERIE 23 - featuring Sofia Shinas as the "fully functional" (but insanely jealous) robot Valerie 23.

This episode + 5 others is on the The Outer Limits - Sex & Science Fiction Collection over at DVD Pacific for just under £5 (plus p&p) :D

They have also got The Outer Limits - Time Travel & Infinity Collection for the same price.

Anyway getting back on thread - they have stuck 5 episodes on some of these discs, whereas Region 2 versions only have 4 episodes per disc - that might affect the quality

Does anyone know if the R2 box sets are any better, the lines are are quite noticeable every now & again on my Panny too.

so its not just me seeing huge moire patterns & flickering text? kind of offputting on my 32" tosh.

Thank god for that. I though I was seeing things!

I might borrow a mate's R2 and see if that's any better. I should imagine it'll be fine. All the rest of my R2 are perfect. Just R1 and R4's I notice these lines.

Someone said it might be a Macrovision problem on the player?

Kam

Any up date on if the R2's are any better quality?

If not I'll place my next orders with Amazon for the next box sets.

Thanks
Lez

Nah exactly the same quality dude.

My 'shimmering' problem was a lead/prog scan issue.

Go get 'em at the cheapest place you can find.

Kam.
