    Hes inspection of the new recruits is my favorite part of Full Metal Jacket. I think a lot of it was not scripted and came from his own experience. I often watch that part of the film on its own.

    I remember him in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, thought he was brilliant, RIP MR Ermey.
