Bought a 'Quinitro' today - and I'm having problems getting any scart plug to stay in place for longer than 15 seconds.

Has anyone had this problem ??- i'm loathed to have to get new scart leads - more than likely i'll take it back

You need to be quite firm with it and push the scarts in and slightly upwards at the same time !

SCART's are a wonderful thing but unfortunately, they are crap at the same time!!!!
Make sure you don't (or haven't already) bent any pins in the little sucker (the SCART lead, not the Quintro socket)!!!

Yes, I felt it was to do with the build quality. I found the whole back of the unit flexed, even worse with higher quality scart leads.

I purchased a holdan scart router instead which is a tad more expensive, but has a more solid build quality to it. The only disadvantage is it does not support WSS.
