I currently have a very quiet gaming PC built by Chillblast with a Gainward Phantom GTX560ti, looking to upgrade the GPU but don't want any extra noise!

I've narrowed my search down to the following:

    Asus GeForce GTX 780 941MHz 3GB PCI-E 3.0 HDMI DirectCU II OC

    or

    Gainward GeForce GTX 780 902MHz 3GB PCI-Express 3.0 HDMI Phantom

The ASUS is £30 more expensive.

Has anybody got any experience of either, or which do people think is best (quietest), or another suggestion.

    Thanks

The EVGA card in my signature is pretty quiet.

I was looking at the ASUS as the DCII cooler is supposed to be very very good, i ended up getting the MSI 780 with the Twin Frozr IV which is also very quiet and runs cool.

I found my 780 was a lot quieter than my MSI 670 with the same cooling system mainly because the card isnt being fully utilised compared to the 670 so it naturally runs quieter

I have the Gainward Phantom GTX780 and can highly recommend it. The cooling system with removable fans (for cleaning) is near silent and even when playing demanding games it's still very quite. You can't beat EVGA for warranty thought.
