Quiet Fan

Hi All,

I see a few of you have modded amps using quieter fans.
I need a fan for a UPS case so same size as a PC case fan but needs to be below -15Db.

Has anyone got any suggestions

The xsilence red wing is as quiet as can be i can't hear it next to it.
Is air flow not a major issue.
