Quiet affordable NAS?

I currently have a Zyxel NSA325. It's great apart from the fan is quite noisy. Can anyone recommend a quiet NAS around £150 please? Alternatively can I just stick a silent fan in the 325?

It's not really the fans that make most of the noise is the seek and motor noise from the hard disk, stick to 2.5" Hard drives
