    Just want to know from those who have used quidco.com what amount they have managed to get on Sky+HD order. I've placed an order through quidco.com first time in my life and its showing £75 earnings but the merchant page shows £100 for sky+HD. Im not complaning, its better then nothing but just want to know if the figures are right.

    Perhaps the £100 figure was based on SKY's own pricing before the reduction to £49 for the SKY+HD and the website hasn't been updated but the actual cashback figure has been.

    Ah! yes, its possible that the comission price have gone down. Now another question,

    If anyone done it before or have tried it, after placing the order via
    Quidco.com and then later to add another item to the order will this cause
    any problem to the quidco.com tracking system?


    I mean let me explain, I have ordered the Sky+HD and later on I've realised
    that it might work out cheaper for me if I also add the Sky Talk and
    broadband.

    But Im not allowed to add from the Sky website Sky talk and broaband, as I
    do not have a active BT number. I have Virgin cable broadband and phone.
    So it does not allow me to add the Sky phone and broadband. This has to
    be done manually by Sky customer sales department. Will this cause any
    problem to my quidco.com on SKy.HD order tracking?

    Can anyone explaine to me. I now this may be gone little off topic but any
    help would be appreciated.

    The amount has actually increased in the past week. I checked it last weekend and it was still £75.

    The Quidco pages says "For genuine tracked transactions completed wholly online" so what you suggest could technically lead them to reject your cashback. Can you wait until the money is paid out before you add phone and BB jsut to be on the safe side?

    Now that brings more questions! lol

    How long do I have to wait for them to pay off?

    What has it increased to? I dont know what it was before until I only been on the site today and it stated on the merchant page £100.

    Payment is around 2 months according to the Quidco site. £100 is what it is now, it was increased from £75 last week.

    so Quidco.com is only paying £75, and far as I can see thats what it says on my account. What is the best possible approach to take with quidco.com?

    I would hang fire until the transaction changes to "validated", probably after your installation. The amounts sometimes change after validation.

    If the amount doesn't change raise an enquiry. I have had a similar situation with a mobile phone contact in the past and the extra amount has been added manually. It may be that they haven't updated their system yet.

    I am going to order myself tomorrow so will let you know how much it tracked at.

    @Atomic_guy. Ordered Sky HD for my parents through quidco earlier today. Already tracking at £75 so its not just you :) Anything is a bonus, especially if the M&S vouchers turn up :rolleyes:

    I ordered yesterday, and got the £75 cashback showing up on my statement.

    I therefore raised a ticket for the missing £25 and now my earnings are showing the following:

    Your latest earnings activity
    £25.00 from Sky pending on 01/02/2009
    £75.00 from Sky tracked on 01/02/2009

    Just for your information Dxg, I;ve just loged onto Quidco account and it is
    now showing £100 earned and tracking with out me raising any tickets.
    I think they have corrected it today at some point.

    How long did it take the cash to track on your accounts guys? I ordered earlier and it is not tracking as yet.

    I placed the order early in the morning about 9am and by 7am it was tracking.
    It can take up to 3 days as it say on Quidco.com site. So wait and see.

    Anyone had any written confirmation through from sky after ordering through quidco yet? I ordered last thursday and phones sky three times and they have no recollection of my order on the computer system yet sky sent me a unique order number via email.
    I ahve phoned thre times to sky and they still have not got back to me, I ahve contacted them via phone twice and even an email to the high up address on these forums but nothing in return. :mad:

    Also my sky order is still only tracking at £75!

    My order is ready for the 13th, I've had email confirmation of the order, also
    called up customer services just to make sure everything is on top.
    And my Quidco earning is now tracking on £100.

    Have you called sky and find out if they have got your order through?

    I have phoned them three times.The third time , the op told me she was putting me through to the sales department as she could not check on her system but sales could.The line then hung up.They didnt call me back.I have spent nearly six quid on the phones to these muppets and I am still none the wiser.

    I even emailed the so called super email that gets you a prompt call back from someone high up.Still ne reply to that.

    Surely they can just put in the so called unique serial number as it is unique to me and no one else is supposed to have it.:D

    I have even contacted them from their help website regarding the install.I am not wasting any more of my money calling them.If they want my custom they can do the calling from now on.

    Totally fed up

    I went through quidco for a sky hd upgrade this week, as we already have sky. This showed at £15, but is now showing £0 :(:(:(:( Any one else had this?

    I'm having the same issue as palace Quidco is tracking at £100 but Sky have no record of order.

    Just called them up, put through to sales. Gave me some story about having a pending order on the account that it didn't go through. Put it through on the phone, got £15 credit on account + vouchers but doubt ill get quidco :(

    We received your order, generated a unique number that means nothing to anyone you speak to on the phone and actually just ignored your order and threw it in the bin. Useless! :p

    Thats bad news. Do you have to place the order again? May be earn another £100 quido points? lol

    I've also received email confirming my installation time changed, from all
    day (9 -5) to now 9-12 am. Also they offered me Sky world for 1 month for
    free. All via 3 seperate email to me.

    So I take it they must have my order sorted.
    Now Im thinking I should call again just to be assured? lol

    I received confirmation of order straight after booking and the following morning a further email changing my installation from afternoon to morning. Nothing else.

    I am sure things are ok though because of the 2nd email, prooves it is on their system.

    How long should the card take to arrive? I am hoping it will be tomorrow.

    I just received an email asking to to call them "to confirm a few details". Surely doing this will invalidate my Quidco payment? If so then Sky can stuff it, I will stick with BT Vision!
