Quick XP Help Question

    Im about to fresh install my xp and was wondering if I could set it up so there was no accounts and it just started without selection of accounts etc.

    I'm not 100% sure.. but I think if you just create the 1 user account required during setup, and use a blank password for that account, it should just log straight in automatically.

    Installing the .NET framework creates another account IIRC. XP may then start with the log-on screen.

    This is easily enough fixed though........a search here should provide the necessary info.

    Install Windows XP Powertools - search Microsoft.com and specifically the TweakUI tool and you can auto log on a user.
