I'm about to buy an X-Box for my son (he already has a PS2) and have a question.

Do I also need to buy a memory card like the one on the PS2 to allow him to save his game postion etc?...or does the X-Box do it internally?....or does the standard machine come with the necessary card???

    Many thanks :lease:

Hi, no you don't need a memory card unless you intend to move your saved games to another machine. All saved games are saved on the internal HDD.

They have a nice deal in Comet at the moment - black or crystal xbox plus a recent game for £109.99. So works out 10 quid for either Burnout 3, Sims in the city, Tiger Woods 2005, Def Jam fight for NY etc.
