what are the difference between these two LCD TV ?

i know the R version has that weird bottom, i also know M series is supposed to be better but how exactly? can someone please go into alittle more details please :thumbsup:
the R version is 1299 and M version is 1509 i have found, is it worth the extra bit of cash ?

The main difference is that the M version is newer and a faster refresh rate so the moving images look better.

I am looking into buying the M version as it is only £100 more than the R version and it doesn't have the silly pointy silver bottom!
