Quick question about the controller with audio jack

Can someone please confirm if I can use one of these cables http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/..._rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=577048787&pf_rd_i=desktop with the controller with an audio jack so that I can use a pc gaming headset to get both chat and gave audio on the headset.

Yes it should work but you will need the xbox one chat adapter if you don't have the new controller with 3.5mm jack

Yeah I have the new controller with 3.5 mm jack.
