could some please help,i've just ordered an XP2800 cpu to upgrade my system,i've also a 7200RPM hard drive and GForce MX200 VGA card.
my heatsink is compatible, but i cant find any information regarding the minimum PSU i require.
    i've a 300w PSU at the moment,maybe this is good enough ?

It'll probably be fine. But the more important things to look at are the stability of the voltages, and the peak load the PSU can sustain.

If your 12v, 5v and 3.3v rails are too far out, then you will have stability problems, regardless of if you're running a 200W PSU or a 600W PSU.

Download Motherboard Monitor (can't remember the URL, but a Google will find it) and check them out.
