Hi all, looking to change our ISP today and considering BT. Not too bothered about TV but BT Sport seems fairly cheap, problem is I'm confused by what is included. Keep seeing things like Premier League etc. but I have no interest in Football, are all Sky Sports broadcasts included such as Boxing etc.

TBH I only really watch boxing and while even on Sky there isn't much that isn't PPV these days, if it's a cheap extra I might add it.

    Can anyone confirm please?

I'm guessing it must be a no, still as confused as if I go to all sports there is no mention of boxing.

So BT Sport isn't just Sky Sports renamed for BT, it's a selection of certain sports from Sky Sports, is that right?

I have BT Sport along with Infinity and my landline and find it good value for football. As far as boxing I don't recollect seeing any of the huge box-office fights on their live as Sky PPV seems to have them.

    Does BoxNation still exist?

It's not a selection of Sky's coverage, they have exclusive contracts on their own i.e. Champions League and Europa Cup were both on BT this season, not on Sky :)

I see, it's all pretty confusing for non football fans. I'm not looking for box office stuff which account for alot of the Sky boxing these days, but there are regular boxing events that aren't PPV and appear on either Sky Sports 1 or 2. What I was hoping to find out was if such events would also appear on BT Sport.

I subscribe to Boxnation already, great value.

Sky own the broadcast rights for boxing in the UK and have recently signed a new deal which expires in 2021. No chance of seeing Boxing on BT Sports

Have you considered Now TV? You can simply buy passes on the weeks of the big fights so you can catch the boxing as well as any other sports you fancy. No contract that way either.

I have BT sports, partly for football, but mainly for MotoGP.
Their coverage of that is astoundingly good.

Get yourself a motorised dish, there's a lot of boxing via European broadcasters and broadcast feeds. See here www.purplesat.com and search the forum for inspiration.

If they do its only likely to be races in the uk, uhd might not be an option for host broadcasters around the world at present.
