In a way I know I can't go wrong with any decision here as all options are quite good. I've been lucky enough to snag a Sony av receiver with preouts. It has plenty digital inputs and even a phono input should I ever decide to go that way. It went extremely cheaply as the volume button is damaged but it can be easily fixed, just needs bit of TLC and gorilla glue

Anyway, I want to buy a set of actives. I already have a set of Mackie MR6 MK3s in a setup, and was going to go down the Mackie MR5 MK3 or more preferably jbl lsr305 route as they are great, inexpensive and (IMO) look ok. I pondered a set of jbl lsr308s but reckon they may just be too big for the intended room (12x8 approx). Just earlier I looked online (very limited options to buy where I live) and Adam have released a less expensive line of monitors, namely the t5v model. I've heard a lot of stuff about Adam speakers, mostly good.

Could anyone give an opinion on the models mentioned? Thanks
