Questions Regarding Placing a Sub Near a Flat TV

Hello All,

With the availability of the 'entertainment consoles' where one can neatly organise their flatscreen, av equipment, centre speakers etc, I would like to ask the following:

Can a subwoofer if placed under or near a Flat Screen TV cause damage to it? All that crash, bang & wallop when watching movies & near constant vibration or resonance (whichever is correct), can it for example cause components in flatscreens to fail, come loose, in the case of plasma break gas cells or in LCD's case, cause leakage or heaven forbid - cause the screen to crack? I am sorry if it is a stupid question but I thought better to be safe than sorry!

It won't cause any problems. If it did, then examples of it happening would be all over this forum.
