Just ordered a new phone from 3 off their website, currently with o2 but they have ****** me off so much don't want to stay with them.
When I ordered the 3 phone it didn't mention anything about me porting my number. WIll I still be able to do this? Im thinking wait for the phone to arrive tomorrow then call them.
Also I have emailed o2 to cancel my contract and request the pac code but my w800i has developed a few faults im in month 11 of the contract. I wouldnt mind keeping it as a spare or selling it, can I still get it repaired under the manufacturers warranty? Any idea how to do this?
