Wifey bought me a pair of active Sony speakers for my PC (£50  ). Not bad sounding, but no subwoofer. Is it possible to add one and if so, how will it connect?

    Any ideas?

I'm interested in this too, I've a pair of JBL pc speakers in the bedroom plugged into a portable cd player (not exactly hifi I know but it does the job!).

Does anyone know of a small <£100 sub that I could put under the bed that would have a line in and line out socket? Or is there another way of connecting this, the JBLs have only line level input, no output.
