Greetings from a new guy on this forum.

I recently acquired an AVR250 to go with my DV78, and am using it to biamp my Magnepan speakers. The sound is very good. A topic for another day is trying to sort out whether I prefer music through the analog connections or using the AVR250s internal DACs. Each seems to have strengths.

But my question today is more prosaic, and I'll get to it. I wired channels 1 and 2 to the treble panels of my Magnepans, and 6 and 7 to the bass. Then after tucking everything into my rack, I looked at the manual and noticed it has a drwaing showing channels 1 and 2 for the low end, and 6 and 7 for the high.

My expectation is that it makes no difference. But maybe I am missing something. Is there a reason I should pull everything back out and switch the connections to match the manual?

    Thanks for any advice

    Jim

    Good question :smashin:
I'd guess it makes no difference too and it's probably just to help clarify things, so you don't stick 2 positives into the same speaker.
