I am looking to buy the NAD C320bee and C521bee from a NAD authorised dealer in order to keep the warranty valid.

However, both places I could buy them from (superfi and laserline hifi) also sell online but I don't know if NAD will honor the warranty if I buy items over the net or not?? Only reason I ask is that they are cheaper and actually in stock on the net.

The warranty will only be honoured if you buy from an authorised dealer. Superfi look to be listed as such, not sure about the other site, so you should be okay. Just drop Superfi an email to confirm.
